The Plugged Piper promptly arrived at my home to help me with a clogged kitchen sink. It was slow to drain for a few days and then nothing would go past the blockage. The technician was very polite and professional. He explained what could be done with the electric snaking and was very forthright, polite and respectful. I was at ease having the technician in my home and I would recommend the Plugged Piper to any homeowner with a drain problem. Money well spent and problem quickly solved!
